Refund Policy

At My Cloud Particle, it's our passion to ensure our highest quality of our services and ensure your satisfaction. However, at times even the best of our efforts won’t meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service, you may cancel it within 14 days of purchase date for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.

You can cancel your order to buy cloud space from MyCloudParticle within the first 14 days for a full refund.

If you cancel within 14 days you receive a full refund only on the cloud space particles that you have bought. The money-back guarantee does not apply to most add-on products, such as domains, given the unique nature of their costs.

Any amount credited by MyCloudParticle or our affiliates to you under the USMP agreement will be deducted from the amount payable to you as refund, and your benefits under the USMP agreement will be cancelled immediately on receipt of your refund request.

MyCloudParticle does not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 14 days.

 

Cancellation Process

You may cancel your order by submitting an email to our customer service department (support@mycloudparticle.com) from your email address on record. You must clearly state:

  1. Your intention to cancel your order immediately
  2. The unique identification number assigned to your order (mentioned in the invoice)
  3. Confirmation that you have removed your files and data from the hosting space

Your request to cancel the order will be processed within 7 working days and the refund amount credited to the bank account on record for your customer id number.

Please ensure that you remove all your data and files from the hosting space as the same can not be recovered after your order is cancelled.
